Our Mission |
1. To promote social welfare by providing the highest
quality referees, training, and evaluation in order to develop good
sportsmanship, knowledge of the Laws of the Game, high character
and the physical well being of all persons engaged in the sport of
Soccer in San Diego County. |
2. To provide an organization for any persons interested in refereeing and
to provide training, assignments, assessing and in-service evaluations to promote
awareness of, and participation in, the highest standard of knowledge and implementation
of the Laws, rules, regulations and spirit of the sport of soccer. |
