2009 Registration

2009 Registration Forms have been mailed by the Federation. It is important that you send all re-registration information and materials in at the same time.

  1. Include registration fee-- check made payable to Cal South . Check the Cal South web site for current fees.
  2. The 2009 Registration Form with the "step 5" information checked; signed and dated
  3. Any required supporting information (forms): clinic (test/physical/grade 7 upgrade), copies of assessments or field evaluations.
  4. Mail to:

Re-certification and Upgrade Clinics

List of state level clinics is available at Cal South.

Assessments and Evaluations

Referees who wish to be assessed or evaluated for an Upgrade (for 7 to 6, 6 to 5 and for Grade 6 or 5 re-certifications), MUST contact the State Referee Committee's Director of Assessment, Lee Popejoy at 858.748.6520 .
